WSET Level 2 continued
It involves an 18* hour programme (including examination) which covers the following:
•Tasting technique
•Storage and service & Responsible drinking
•Food and wine matching
•Factors influencing the style of wine
•Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
•Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc
•Syrah, Grenache and Riesling
•Italy, Spain and Portugal
•Sparkling and sweet wines, fortified wines, spirits and liqueurs

A further 12 hours private study are also recommended to pass the Level 2 qualification.
